I don't mean to be presumptuous, but I was wondering if it would be possible to choose a seasonal victorious skin, cause personally I'd like to have victorious Elise :/ I feel like if that were the case, i'd feel more motivated to play ranked, but I do enjoy the random victorious skins

I tried so hard to climb to gold when they announced victorious Maokai :( It was extremely disappointing when I didn't quite get there. I wish that they had announced it just a week or two earlier.
Victorious skins are specifically rewards for the season they were earned in; you don't get trophies with a different date on them because you wish you were there. Riot has stated multiple times that this will never happen, sorry! I want a few of the older Victorious skins too.
