Dear matchmaker

Hi all!

I have a question about ranked matchmaker. So. Why players that are in placement (with 100 wins in normal or less) match with silver or bronze (with 400 wins in normal or more)? This is so obvious that players with 100 (or less) wins do not have enough experience to play with players that have 400 (or more) wins. Could please anyone explain to me this?
