key fragment

i dont know where can i write this. and i dont know how this things is going on. but i really want to find out this

i read what you wrote about keys but i need to ask you this way because i think you really hate me. you always give me noobs on ranked, morrons, feeders and trollers but ok. i report them and then you ban them and that stupid things. but i havent got a key for 3 weeks. and it isnt first time i didnt get key for 3 weeks i read that you get keys as much as chest but i have 6 chests and 2 key fragments more then 3 weeks. you can check that. i know you need win, and if you play with premades there is more chance for getting keys. i print screeen my match history 2 game is 4 premades and the rest is 3 pramdes. i didnt get any key. i got s in every single game almost. i got 2 tokens for cait, 1 for ez, and 2 for ekko.... and i cant get key fragment dudes. but it is always that way on my account. i always have all chest i can get, and always a lot more chests then keys. my friend have 17 key fragments..... he get chest and he opens it.... i get 3 chests and only thing i can opet with keys is my door.... you have all the data you need check it. i think you can give me at least keys enough for these chests i have. if not tell me where i can write next because this isnt ok from you. i play more so i dont need to spend money and you all time troll me with everything.

i just wanna find out what is happening... because i could have opened like 20 chest untill now...
