Champion shards
If you own all champs, and because loot boxes do give you champs from time to time; if you reroll are you guarenteed to get the new champ? I rerolled and immediately got kled, just curious if its a 100% thing.

Yes.
The same holds true for skins, if you own them all. It's one of the only guaranteed ways to get Hextech Annie or Soulstealer Vayne I believe.
