PBE selection

Today i thought i got accepted to the pbe. It turns out that it said that i was accepted but i was not. So i wanted to spread awareness on how the pbe selection system is kind of out-dated. As a player since end of season 4 - now i am disappointing in how i have never actually got accepted to the pbe. Regardless of what type of champions i play that being assassins, marksmen, or brawlers, and how they are what the new champion is classified under. I currently propose that the pbe system has more of a structure to it or at least a structure known to the public. That structure should be for new applicants to be accepted to the pbe it should be based on what the newest champion is that is coming out/ or what nerfs/buffs effect a persons main with how experienced they are. A player that just made their account can get a pbe account, one of my friends, but i who have played for a few years have not. I think that riot should take more care on how they choose who can participate in the pbe. Thanks for your time
