Regarding leavers

Can we get a loss prevented when people leave games? Feels like it happens much more often lately, and aside from hurting my LP my rear is also sore from the pounding it takes due to people leaving. Not only in ranked, but if you lose because someone on your team ragequit in any mode, in my opinion you should get a loss prevented, or take a lower hit on LP at least.
