Possible Suggestion: Being able to gift Chroma Packs?

When I think about how much the gifting options have been worked on, I wonder why the bundles such as Chroma Skin Packs arent able to be gifted to friends.

You'd think like regular skins or champions they could but so far I see no option of being able to gift them. I think this would be a great feature to have.
