for as long as i can remember riot has done nothing or next to nothing to police its community. people toss insults and racial remarks willy nilly with the sole purpose of irritating people. will you (riot) ever improve the community? do you even care? i myself have said horrible things to people just to see if i would get banned. it turns you can say or do anything you like. the quality of the community has me ready to quit the game.

Honestly, any truth can be found as insulting.
You stepped on an ant, therefore you are capable of murder. Something like that. The right to complain builds less tolerance then if you if you couldnt. If you couldnt complain you would find alternative solution's.
And what if I said its a team game, A chain link's feelings don't matter, it has to hold 1000 other links.
its not the league of legends community. its just humanity in general. check on any (uncensored) forum. many people are nasty and mean. its the way of the world. grow thicker skin or stay away from the internet.
Riot cannot improve the community because in order to change the community you would have to change the people whom make up the community. Take my advise, ignore the bad of the community and revel in what good you can find. There are some good community members and they too must face the bad ones. If you stick to the good community members and tune out the bad you will find that you can enjoy your time within the community.
When a game is free and people can type anything, it is near impossible for them to control the community. Even if you ban someone the game is free and they just make another account.
Today i got on League of Legends hoping to play a fun game with little stress, i soon realized this was impossible after playing 7 games all of them i have called my position fair and square then someone who is inconsiderate instalocks and makes me go support, since im not inconsiderate like tehm i do then the person who instalocks feeds and it has ruined this game for me.
