I cant get any key fragments

Last month (July) I got key fragments alot to make about 3-4 keys... but in the last week I realized I stopped getting key fragments. So i said maybe next month I could get more. So August started, first day I played I won alot of PvP games (Ranked & Normal Blind Pick) No keys. Other day I won about 7 normal games, still no fragments, and so the next day and the next it's the same no key fragments. My brothers have been getting keys alot even when I premade queue with them they get and I don't. I really think there's a problem.

The key fragments drop rate will decrease every time you earn a key. The drop rate resets approximately 30 days after you earn your first key fragment at the original drop rate. The reset isn't at the beginning of each month, it will vary between accounts as it is tied to when you earn your first key fragment at the original drop rate.
