Malta should be included in the list x)

Basically I am from Malta. I have many friends from my country that play League of Legends. However, what upsets me is that Malta is never included anywhere. Neither as a language, nor as a country to select not even to buy Tibbers now.. I would even contribute for free to help in translating into the Maltese language if needed. I could also help design for free a skin with Malta's traditional accessories, of course if it is a pleasure for RIOT since I am talented in drawing too. It's just that, I love my country and it feels bad that it is included nowhere at all. I am sure RIOT will have nice response once it is included. I know it is a tiny country but I would love any sort of feedback.
