Should I duo or something?

holy crap ranked is rough...I knew it would be but not only the skill of other players but its annoying when someone, instead of offering advice or something productive, decides to just say their whole team is bad...yea ok maybe I haven't played the game since it came out(I've only been playing a little over a year) I'm trying to get better and that's not helping. I don't understand how anyone can get better when they're bronze and matched up against people who are all kinds of way higher ranks including players who have played the game the whole time its been out (I do play normals but wow is ranked waaay different than normals obviously) I'm just on tilt and I know there's no duo so I guess that means theres no hope huh?
