Who is The Best Break the Meta Mid laner?

Maybe Kog'Maw or Urgot (his ult is great when enemy is tower diving you to hold them in place so they take turret shots and are now in even more danger than you).
They're all pretty good. I use AP Kog'maw quite a bit. The Athene's changes might have been a nerf for most mid laners, but they were a significant buff for characters that also buy tear (like AP kog). Try him out. His weak point is that he can't really roam at all, and can only shove lane out when the enemy mid laner roams. His late game is fantastic though.

I love doing mid, she has so much mobility and quite a bit of lane pressure so that would definitely be on my list.
mid is fairly legit, since he plays like more of a caster than an ADC.

Full AP Leona is fun in normals. Doesn't actually work in ranked and stuff though.
Yi is not bad.
