Change Galio from light blue to darker blue

I don't understand. Galio's splash art shows him being a dark blue with a orange/yellow secondary color, but his in-game model makes him look light blue with orange/yellow secondary color..

Either you didn't change galio or my eyes are stupid...like really stupid..

..and yes this is a stupid question.
