I'm in the champ select and league disconnects me and says that I disconnected. then i go to join another game and then i have to wait 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE NEXT GAME

i just had my entire team ( which i noticed after the fact they were all premade with the same clan "name" ) all dced 1 by 1 in a game after 5 mins in game, i couldnt FF/REMAKE the enemy despite me telling them didnt wanna group as 5 and just end game... two did ... then the mid laner all in me as i was just waiting for them to push in my base as he turret dove being j4 using his full combo and ult vs me as janna in a 1 vs 5 then the jackasses took their time finishing the game

Getting the 15 minute timer doesn't happen after one dodge. You've had a couple of those first within a small time frame

You posted this around the time where server maintenance was happening, that may have been the reason.
