I think it's made by a Chinese company, where copyright laws are more lenient, which is ironic because League of Legends is owned by a Chinese company.

I believe China's reasoning is also to let their own citizens thrive, etc., i.e. not letting in Google among other companies, however.......creativity man. its lacking there
