Last skin release for each Champion

I made an up-to-date list of each champ's last released skin with its date, price and other stuff. It includes PBE skins (on their way to live). I'll be updating it every patch.

Star Guardian Jinx is a legendary. You might want to change the pricing there.

The champions that people play a lot and the community likes get more skins that ones who don't.

Unfortunately, seems about right.
