I was wondering if anyone has an approximation of how a rank in NA Solo queue would match up to the worlds percentage . For example I am (almost) Plat V, in NA. That makes me the top 10% in NA, how does that 10% match up to the world's %'s?

It's just about the same really give or take few values. When I was in plat 1, I was ranked top 5%. When you translate that to Korean server for instance, it showed that they were around 6% and some decimals. Not too far off from each other. I'm pretty sure diamond/masters/challenger make up like 0.1% from the ladder. Although last time I checked was almost a year ago.
