Lunar Revel Skin shop

I just updated and all that, WHY DO I NOT HAVE MY SKIN SHOP??? Why must I wait until 1/2 through the day to get it??? I buy RP! C'mon riot! This is me being a loyal costumer, Where is my skin shop when I need it? I have to go to work, and since this skin shop isn't up now, I have to wait until 5pm to access it and partake of my discounts.
