Quick question about chat restrictions

So I usually play like 1-2 sometimes 3 games a week, and I recently got a chat restriction, about 35 games left, which is understandable since I call people mean words every now and then(I plan to stop), but I'm wondering if theirs anything that can shorten the games left without playing? Like, if I do X amount of games without being reported, does the amount shorten? Or do I have to play all 35 games.
