Also, does anyone know how long it might take riot to enable her again? She's been disabled since 4:00 am :/

No tooltips I believe. Fairly stupid reason when the tooltips don't even provide you with the information people should know on the ability. You have to google it and get it from the wiki anyway.
I've been keeping my eye out to see if anythings posted a time estimate for her being playable while at work, I have yet to see anything.
