Can We PLEASE fix Phantom Karthus?

Ok, so I know that when the Twitch visual upgrade happened, someone created a thread to ask if they could put the sunglasses on vandal Twitch and Riot responded. This may not affect everyone, but I want to know if we can get it sent to possibly get Phantom (of the opera?) Karthus' mask back. His old skin was an all black cloak which they stuck true to, but what happened from the shoulders up? He looks not even close to his splash art. There's a Complete inconsistency with his splash art to his in game appearance. New head piece has spikes, the half white-face mask is gone and replaced with two red eyes and a lower face covering veil; lastly, the new spiky shoulder pads are completely inconsistent with the look of the splash art.

I wouldn't be so displease with the new look if they changed the splash art, but there are too many differences for it to even make sense. I really hope we can at least have Riot consider redoing the mask at bar minimum. Other than copy right reasons, I have no idea why they would over look how completely unalike the difference between splash art and in game looks.
