PC build

I'm wanting to build a PC that is capable of playing League at 60 FPS at the highest settings and I have no clue at all when it comes to actually building a computer other than a few youtube videos i've watched. So if anyone has any ideas about parts it would be much appreciated. budget would be around $400-$600. not planning on doing any streaming.

Thank you so much for all the feedback. its definitely helpful. I also forgot to mention that I would want to play World Of Warcraft at ultra settings and 60 FPS and im not sure if its any more intensive to run or not and I would eventually start a Youtube account and start posting videos eventually so I would need a beefy processor

Want to game? Buy a Mac. They are far better for gaming than a Windows PC.

P.S. Please do not buy a Mac for gaming, I was joking. http://images.iskysoft.com/images/blog/11.jpg
