This is a serious problem! I met all these drunk players just calling lanes and choosing any champions they want to. If this happens in normal game, then its not that big deal. However, those idiots are playing rank games..So, wth..we need a system to stop those ignorant people!

And what would you like riot to do? Invent a technology to do a breathalyze test on players and if they break the limit block them from playing til they pass it? There is honestly nothing riot can do about these situations all you can do is sit back and deal with it.
