Im quitting League until this problem is fixed.

So i want to enjoy my Wednesday morning off work. I had a pretty bad day yesterday and was hoping today today would be better. I log on, play a game of league and our team doesn't do so well, we lost. I really don't mind losing as long as long as the game isn't a 100% stomp. Losses happen and its apart of the fun of playing a game. But throughout the entire game our mid laner kept flaming me for every little mistake i made, from missing a Q, missing a CS.

Soon enough this escalated way beyond regular bm and our mid started threatening me and my family. I reported her for verbal abuse and queued for another game. BUT IT DIDNT END THERE ... Our toxic mid laner starts sending me friend requests (obviously to flame me more) and it gets so annoying I finally accept just to tell him to stop adding me. Then this happens...

Why is nothing done about this... Why do you let these people still play this game.

Yeah maybe next time block them instead of adding them? Blocking prevents friend requests.

Honestly - uninstall and don't play any online games. If you expect a video game company to stop people being rude, you're expecting a lot. Ignore the outliers, enjoy who you do like playing with.

Send a support ticket in without their name being blocked. Might help in getting them banned since the automated one didn't. Good luck and sorry you had to deal with such a terrible person.

It's wrong that they did that, but accepting the friend request is kind of like walking around in a bad neighborhood with exposed jewellery and a clanking wallet while blindfolded at night.

Ya, it's wrong when the thief takes advantage of it... but you are kind of asking for it at the same time so you can't be TOO surprised when it happens.

i really am not pro flamer and anything... BUT ARE YOU STUPID? what do you expect when a rager adds you? a precious friendship?

When you bring stuff onto yourself and escalate the situation by acting like a fool, you actually become part of the problem.

mute/block, report and walk away. That is the only and best course of action here.

Sometimes people are just like that. The easiest way to deal with them is to hold onto the friend request for a game or two (don't dismiss or accept it) and dismiss it when they've forgotten who you were.

The only people I've ever met that act like that are 13 (no offence to most 13 year olds). I wouldn't worry about it. They are either a kid and will grow up or in the very rare case where they are an adult and act like that then they must have one horrid life and you almost kindagotta feel sad for them.

First off, this is far from ok from him, but honestly, you shouldn't just quit a game because of a single player. You had so many options like muting him or blocking him. Just suck it up, I don't want to be rude, but it's an online game, nothing is gonna change.
