New Event Emote and Border

I purchased the new event emote and border from the chaos set but I have no idea how to equip them. It showed an arrow that pointed to the collection tab but I can't find where it would be. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance

Does the emote expire after the event ends?

The border goes with the nightbringer Yasuo skin. It should be automatic. The emote goes with the icon you got. It replaces your mastery emote during the event.
