Is it just end of season or new summoners rift beta?

Hey sorry if I missed a news post somewhere along the line but I wanted to check. Is it just the end of season rewards calculations tonight or will there be a patch with the new summoners rift beta starting?

They've been hush hush about when it's coming out. It could be any time.

End of season rewards have been gifted. My last game their Kha said he was on new Rift but I can't confirm. Also don't know when preseason starts.
