Question about 14 days suspension punishment

so yesterday i got a 14 days suspension punishment for chat toxicity, and im ashamed of that im not a flamer but we all have this one game every once a while where u just cant stand your team anymore,, anyways i intend to never ever be toxic or say a toxic word again and simply never say anything in chat at all and be positive in every way possible, but after reading some forums im getting scared for my account, people are saying that they get permabanned even if you dont do anything negative after the 14 days suspension, is that true ? they say it has to do with something about older reports and suspensions, so am i really gonna get permabanned even if i do nothing toxic at all ? my other question is how long does it take for my punishment to drop a tier if i continue with positive behaviour ? thanks in advance

When you say " we all have this one game every once a while where u just cant stand your team anymore,, ". What do you mean by "we all". All who got punished or overall players? Because i never had any urge to flame my teammates for ANY reason

There are extremely rare cases where someone will play a game before the temporary ban shows up, and that will result in a permanent ban. If you ban was issued as soon as the game was over, you're at no risk for that.

I'd try to avoid chatting entirely for the next 15 or 20 games. You can't afford any reports. It takes 3 months for your tier to drop (as long as you play games in that time frame), but as long as you don't get reported much you'll be fine in the meantime.
