Why Riot doesn't do much about toxic people, in my opinion.

If 1% of the community or something like that is toxic then why should they worry about it? From what I've seen and I'm sure Riot has seen is that most of the time toxic people are shut down by the other players on the team, and sometimes the opposite team as well.

Its kind of like the community takes care of itself. Now afk and trolls, you can't do much about. But as far as people just being total assholes for no reason, Riot shouldn't have to take care of that if the percentage of the community that's toxic is that small.

there is a mistake, it's not 1% but 10% of trolls in game.

in forum the pourcentage went up to 99%. forum is full of trolls.

They need to give us the ability to police ourselves. We could get rid of the trolls if given the right tools to do so. Riot is just another greedy company though because the right solution would lose that part of the player base who refuses to straighten up and Riot don't want that.
