As you enter ranked queue, this should pop up.

Before you are able to enter a ranked game, as you click the enter queue button, a window should pop up containing:

"Do you have at least an hour to dedicate to a serious ranked game?"

Im extremely tired of people afking and the like, claiming "this game is a waste of time. We lose." before telling the enemy team to push mid and finish it.

It's a GAME. If you don't have time to WASTE in the first place, DONT PLAY IT!
