I keep having those lag spikes on euw from time to time, but when it happens I get RECONNECTING several times before getting kicked out of the game, telling me that I have to send a report without saying the problem, and then it says failed to send report. So whats happening? Nobody seems to give me answers.
What did the support ticket you sent in say? Because, obviously you would've sent in a support ticket prior to appealing to the community, right?
Again, ignored and still having the issue each game.

well obviously the problem is clear... you're using EUW, that's by far one of the worst servers in the game.
I did send a ticket and it has been there since 1 week and they didn't reply on me and its getting so fukd up I cant play omfg, Idk why the hak they cant fix euw server? Instead of spending 2mill $ to make all star event they could take some of it and FIX THE SERVER .
OMFG FOR REAL.
