Can Riot add a move speed active for Nashors Tooth?

So I play a lot of Diana and one game I actually built a Youmuus and I have to say that the move speed active feels SO GOOD on her. And being that Nashors is a core item on her I feel like it may bring some attention to this underused item. Thanks for reading :)
