Arcade Hec or Mystery Chest

I see that Arcade Hecarim is on sale and I think it's a pretty cool skin, but I don't play Hecarim that often, and I also see that the self Mystery Chest thing is here and was also thinking about getting that instead. I can only get one of them and I love Hecarim, but dont play him often. So, should I go ahead and get Arcade Hecarim or chance a Mystery skin?

EDIT: Well.. I decided to go for the Mystery chest and I got... TPA Mundo! I think it's a really nice skin compared to the toxic mundo one that I own also. Thanks guys
