New irelia skin

Since the new trinity changes irelia has been a popular champion in most games. I think it's about time she gets a legendary skin. Let's face it. Irelia is a really good champion but the only decent skin she has (imo) is frostblade irelia. A legendary irelia skin would be amazing for all irelia mains. And the legacy skin (infiltrator irelia) is not able to be obtained by normal means. So in conclusion, MAKE A LEGENDARY IRELIA SKIN

You do realize that you're asking for an Irelia nerf indirectly right? Rito releasing new skin, champ becomes (even more) popular and hit it with the nerf bat.
