its just andrew3 votesRiot matches players with others based on your MMR which is just hidden elo. If you're getting matched with bronze it's because you have the same MMR as bronze players, which means they're around the same skill level as you are. Riot tries to be as precise as possible so maybe the problem is your just not as good as you thing you are. If you play with bronze players, you have bronze skill level.
Gorganmite2 votesI don't believe that is true. I'm in Silver and I am matched sometimes with Bronze. My MMR is crap now because of that, only getting 6-10 LP per win and -25 per loss.
It is not me. So far in every game, someone on the team throws it. Either being afk, d/c, feeding, or just being an unskilled player. Guess what, their poor performance now reflects upon me and hurts me. How is that fair to us? It's not. We should be matched with those in our division.

its just andrew1 votesSilver 5 and bronze 1 are pretty much the same thing. If you are losing 25 LP per loss and only getting around 10 a win (which I'm pretty sure you're not but w/e) it's because you have a horrific MMR. Having a bronze 1 or 2 teammate should have almost nothing to do with you having a low MMR. If you think you don't deserve to be playing with bronze players then you should be able to carry your team almost every time.
Skyphic 1 votesIf you cant carry the elo that you're in you deserve to be in that elo. Its as simple as that. I was playing on my smurf and sure i had trolls and afks but i manage to win more games then i lose simply because im better then the people in silver. Low silver is easier then high bronze
bulwark beast2 votesThere shouldn't be any problem with matching silvers with bronze because its all about elo, if you have high enough elo to play with silver you should be able to do just as good. Tiers dont matter

CarbonWyre1 votesI went from S5 to S1 in 3 days (Though haven't gotten through my promos I admit). I lost 2 games in that time. I skipped S4 and went from S5 to S3, and had around 20 more wins then losses. Because of the extreme change that happened once I got out of bronze the system assumed I was a lot stronger then they were placing me. Now a days I get queued with high gold or extremely low platinum (I lost my promo a couple times). But it is completely possible.
SunDipFunny1 votesSorry bro. It's not possible. I was in Gold 1 and I got matched with high Plat only a few times after climbing from Gold 5 in 3 days. I will bet money that it is impossible for Bronze or Silver players to get matched with Diamond, unless they duo with Diamond 1 of course which you would still probably get Platinum or Gold players.
