Riot needs to make an official damage guide

Riot needs to create a big guide about how damage works, like arm pen, mag pen, true dmg, physical dmg, armor etc etc. And updated for s5 of course.

Or someone can do it here and we'd all be incredibly grateful and it would go down in board history
