Fan Kit 2016

Dear Riot, I would like to request that a fan kit be made available to me / the public, because the only one available is severely outdated. I would like to see some of the Jhin content, and other newer champions. Any reply would be nice. here is an example of what older kits looked like: ( http://web.archive.org/web/20100102040755/http://lol-europe.com/downloads/League_of_Legends_Fan_Kit.zip )
