i actually agree with the statement "riots biased with new players"

a few months ago, i rerolled 3 skin shards into something incredible - hextech annie! as an annie main, i was delighted. i told my friend this immediately, to which she replied, "riot is so biased towards new players." for a while ive been thinking about that. i think its mostly true, but i believe its really only so if the player has spent money on the game, and riot believes that there is greater spending potential. at the same time, i believe that dedicated players that spend hundreds of dollars for gemstones to build the soulstealer vayne or hextech annie skin have an even lower chance of receiving that lol, but its only based on my experience vs stories ive heard about people buying hundreds of hextech boxes to no avail
