Too scared to play ranked

I got placed into silver V last season, and I'm just really scared to play now. I just get scared at the thought of being placed in bronze, because I know my friends will male fun of me. I'm not scared of being matched with trolls or feeders, I'm just really scared that I will fail and that I will be the cause of my whole team losing, I'm just looking for any help to not feel so anxious and scared when I queue up for ranked
