(Directed here from support specialist) 14 day ban, following chat restriction @Lyte please read.

Before this begins, I want to make it clear that** I'm not going to be the guy cussing you out or saying you can't do your job**, I'm here hoping for an intelligent conversation with a riot employee following my support ticket specialist's instructions.. So I'm not going to give you a headache or rage at you. I want to handle this maturely. Please read the following in it's entireity.

I'm not perfect, never have been, I'm not usually the one to start the arguments in league, but I'll admit I've said some dumb things I didn't mean in September/October that have no excusing whatsoever.

I had a chat restriction, 5 games, placed on my account 2 days ago. I played through it being quiet and/or nice, and after it was over I was still being really nice, and 1 day later I'm suspended for 2 weeks? I'm wondering why I was suspended and if there's any way I can ask for a lift/shortening of my suspension. I have 1 weekend to get my rank as high as I can before the end of the season, and now I don't even have that time. Please have mercy because I know that since i got the last restriction, I've been on my best behavior and (i truly believe) I've been following the summoners' code.

If possible, please pull up some logs of me being toxic in the last 7 days. I'll be able to handle it, and a reality check is always a good thing.

(I also have turned off all-chat recently and that's helped me keep it clean and nice, because a lot of the smack talking (from enemy teams) goes overboard and really gets to me. but no more, because I'm keeping cross team chat off.)

Take your time and please respond to me when you're ready to discuss the future of my account with me. I don't want to be a problem child.. I love this game, I've put countless hours and dollars into it without care. I'm doing my best to change my overly-defensive ways, and saying things without meaning them when I'm angered or trolled by someone.

P.S: I've been on what I feel is my best behavior as of late and I really hope my ranked season won't end prematurely like this.. Again if there is no resolution possible I'd still really like to talk to a riot employee about this so I can see exactly where my problems lie and if I'm saying some things like this without knowing (my area of extreme focus is in the previous 2 weeks, because I know before that I've been toxic.)
