About bot players

Hi everyone,

Today I made a 3v3 game and I was matched with 5 bots: They never answered, never focused a champ, just autoattacked minions, occasionaley were executed by a turret, I could run straight in front of them and AA them, they didn't react or anything. I basically bought 5 mana potion and finished this s***, anyway the enemies were still farming minions right behind me when I was attacking their Nexus (taking towers and nexus with fiddlesticks, what a chance). So first, I obviously reported those guys, but Riot should really expand the reporting system, I tagged "negative attitude", but those were robots, their should be a "bot" thing so that they are hunt or something. It pissed me off I must admit. Also, why was I matched with lvl 25 accounts? I'm not challenger Ok, but still are they really no lvl 30 summoners at 1 a.m. to play this game?

(btw, can someone link me where to send a ticket to the support? I still haven't received my mystery champ from the fb linking ^^ and i couldn't thing anything else than the F.A.Q. on the support page).
