Trolls and you.

This is a complaint to riot. I truly do enjoy the game that is League, however how punishment for trolls is handled is unacceptable. You get into a match, and you have someone lockin right away, or pick Sona jungle. You decide you don't want to deal with a crap game like that, and back out. But then what happens? YOU are the one that gets punished, not the trolls that were just trying to annoy other people. Riot, you know this is a problem. You know this makes people angry. You KNOW that you are losing players because of problems like this. And you still do nothing. Please step up your game. I'm tried of this, and I'm damn positive that other people are tired of this as well.

That's because instalocking and picking out of meta champs are not against the rules. What you did was the equivalent of leaving a game because you didn't get the role you wanted, which hurts the queue times, and is therefor punishable.
