aatrox supposed buff?

i was an aatrox main before his supposed buff because people complaining about him being bad but i could 1 v 5 almost any characters and end with nearly full health (because life steal) but now his best part blood well only works if its full and that just throws everything off. i want him to go back to how he was not like anything will happen just a wish i have
