Getting more refund credits

I know Riot Games doesn't want to give players infinite refund credits to make them have all skins and champions they want and then sell them back but they the thing is, shouldn't you get more refund credits each time you buy a specific amount of RP? This way you can fairly test and like skins you buy, refunding them if you don't. Hextech chests just doesn't solve this problem, since you don't get desired skins from your desired champions. Is there any way Riot can be aware of this?

I've probably spent 3 k on this game in the past 3-4 years and Riot had promised some type of appreciation to all players for financially supporting the game, but we haven't gotten anything. In fact, Riot stop commenting on it. A few extra refund tokens would be a nice start, though.
