1] Team harasses you all game

2] Team tells you to afk

A] Are you punished for doing what your team asks if you do it? B] Are you safe for doing what your team asks for doing it?

It is impossible to play with a team that goes out of there way to not cooperate. Also they will just report me If i dont leave anyways.

Not matter what you do,they sill will report you. When this happen i will jsut run around the map and let them chase me like in hide and seek :)

That is not fun id rather just work with my team and go do something else for 15 minutes while they make the game unplayable+that is what the team wanted

This happens all the time just get use to it. After the game go play hexkill and get some fun :)

Why should I get use to players intentionally ruining the game? Riot should actually fix that instead of going after people who get mad at people like that

Except it's not what they want. Not really. See, if you leave, then they're just going to continue complaining about you. Only now it's going to be "He fed like 10 kills and then afk'd."

And worse? You won't be able to report them for the harassment they threw at you. In doing what they claim they want, you actually enabling their terrible behavior, and encouraging them to do the same to others.

And that's not cool.

My advice? Mute them. Play the game to the best of your ability. Farm, ward, play safe, try to win. And regardless of whether you win or lose, report the people harassing you. Because that should absolutely not be encouraged.

Except I died twice and they all had 7+ deaths

Also if them losing and me clearly stating Im leaving so you lose because you are toxic that is not really enabling me fighting back would be enabling them or me trying to help them win is far more enabling

Also muting does nothing to fix anything in the game other than if you are a 5 year old and get offend by nonsensical symbols on a screen.

I don't see how that would change my point at all. I would have phrased the comment differently if I'd had that information, but I can guarantee that if you afk'd they'd still blame the loss on you doing so.

As I used/intended the term, "Enabling" means:

In a negative sense, "enabling" can describe dysfunctional behavior approaches that are intended to help resolve a specific problem but in fact may perpetuate or exacerbate the problem. (source)

You're actually encouraging them to rage at others to force them to quit. Because if it works once, it'll work again, right? And then they don't have to accept that they played a part in their own failure. Continuing to play the game does not fall into the purview of any definition of "enabling."

Then don't mute them. I don't care. I offered the advice because you seemed to've been bothered enough by their harassment to feel the need to quit the game. That indicates to me that they said something that upset you. If they're saying things to upset you, you can avoid further harassment from them by muting.

If you don't want to do that, or feel that you shouldn't, then don't. It's no skin off my nose.
