Team Builder- Summoner Icon

Last night i was playing my 5th Team Builder game as a support. And as expected, when i finished the game, a treasure chest appeared on my screen notifying me that I have received the support summoner icon for Team Builder. So i go to my "Choose a Summoner Icon" tab and the icon is nowhere to be found. I look everywhere, and no luck... has anyone else experienced this? Because its girding my gears.
