Scripters

I just played with a child that is admitting to scripting and use adc scripts in game. Once I told him he is scum for doing this so he started intent feeding. Then telling me a bunch of other stuff then told me to add him on skype so he can "boot me offline" How do you report a scripter besides summiting a ticket.
