Reporting in Champ select

Sometimes, you have to dodge because you realize there is a troll in champ select and you don't want to waste 40 minutes. But, then this troll just immediately joins another queue and wastes 4 other people's 40 minutes. I think you should be able to report in champ select to stop these people.
