I just played a ranked game, and I had a blitzcrank as support. Throughout the whole game, he would not let off of caps, would not stop trolling, and even when i told him i was recording and sending the logs to riot, he continued ot troll my team and I. If anyone could help me bring this summoners account down, that'd be great.

The thing is, He was just running around the map and spamming laugh while feeding them. When we told he to stop he wouldn;t stop spamming rude messages in caps, he left the adc alone in bot at 4 minutes into the game, i mean come on, there has to be some sort of punishment for this kind of behaviour.

Only thing he can be punished for is /feeding/ not even a good ban will come out of it. Maybe a warning
