Permenantly Suspended Using 3rd party hacks which give people a unfair advantage?

please fill me in, Riot with unfair bans. I never knew I had third party software in my account or a matter of fact, in my computer. You guys Permenantly suspended me without a reasonable email for this and judged me cheating and breaking summoners code. That ban wave you guys have done has been rather unfair to some players. I know you guys care about the community, but you guys don't know how to take care of your players well with not really telling the players what hacks did they use to give unfair advantage??

All you guys complained about was a hack thing that your programs have picked up.. (Which I deleted these "said" script/client programs a long time ago. Give me a break.. What really went wrong here??) I tried to go to support with this, but all they did was blast on about saying:

"I investigated your account again to be sure that the account did use scripts, and after looking it doesn't seem like we made a mistake. Our system has very clear evidence that this account was in violation of our Terms of Use due to the usage of exploits, hacks, scripts or third party programs.

To protect the integrity of our investigative methods, I will not be sharing more detailed evidence or specific details. We will not be lifting the ban on this account under any circumstances."

Never in my life knew all about this, so please keep in mind, Riot that I don't think I'm the only victim here. Many people were told badly about how they feel this wasn't right..

When fighting with these guys, you always end up talking to bots or a couple of people, till it reaches Lyt. But all he will do is say the same thing and not let you explain..

I eventually deleted everything i used to communicate on League like: TeamSpeak, Cursed, a timer.. Ect. but what script??? My client may have been bugged and something lingered with some old script. But this was not intentional. I think players should have the right to appeal for these things when they notice these unfair things..

(You even get reported as well for not doing so good in lower elo or they report you when you wreck them sometimes and get most of the kills.)

I understand about the rules of this game, but hear me out.. This was not intentional and I did not know what the hell was going on. I'm sorry if something happened and it exploited League. At least give a few chances to hear it out..

At least take an appeal.

The main reason MOST game making companies want to make games is so they can make money. Sometimes game making companies will listen, but only if there's enough attention to a particular case. Don't want to be a downer, just try not to get your hopes up.

Well, they need to be careful for what they are currently doing. It's just feels unfair and should try to hear a player out.. I know, it's very rare. I just feel like this game has caused many problems in the past and never listened to the other player's reasons after the company has gone through drastic measures on a lot of people's accounts of this type of problem..

You use to script but deleted them along time ago? is that what you are saying?

If that is the case then there's nothing wrong here. They do bans for stuff like this in waves to help prevent people from figuring out exactly what cheats are safe to use. So the fact that you did it some time ago doesn't matter at all.

Something in the programs I've used to communicate with use to have some type of script that went into league and messed around with it.. I never reset my client at all.. It was never anything "bad" to exploit..

Cheating to unfairness? I've never done that.. To be honest, I've also had bad games in which people teamed me cause of being in gold. Riot confuses you sometimes..

"lower elo you wrecked sometimes" maybe you were banned along those lines. I once had a Leblanc against my team that just kept trolling Katarina in mid lane. I Immediate saw a differences in Skill! I died once to test my theory out than barely survive the rest of the encounters eventually winning the game.

That's your problem. Curse Voice and TeamSpeak are fine, Curse Voice had a period when it included a timer when it was not fine.

PS: Please, swap from Chronological View to Discussion View. No one can see you replying to them in Chronological View unless you click "quote", thus they don't get a notification you replied.

Your delivery just seems to have arrived late. It's pretty clear stated that scripting is a perma when caught, doesn't matter how many times you have used it.

DId you use something you know had scripts in it but just didn't use them or are you just assuming something you used had them? If so why would you do that?

I feel like you are throwing in information that has nothing to do with the situation. I donno what the account securing stuff or changing your password has to do with anything unless you are now suggestion that someone else got onto your account without you knowing.
