Adding some particle effects on Pentakill Mordekiser similar to Dragon Fist lee sin?

I was thinking that Pentakill Mordekaiser skin is not worth the asking price. So after seeing how they added the glowing effect on Dragon Fist Lee Sin ultimate would it be possible to add something similar to Pentakill Mordekaiser skin? For example maybe make him sprout out some flames from his shoulder pads like in the splash arts when he uses his third q ?
